At Relax Be Healthy, music is an integral part of The Relax Be Healthy Method™. Every song is intentionally chosen to support the purpose of each session and enhance the learning experience through movement.
Our music accompanies a variety of wellness techniques, including somatic movement, dance-based movement, breathwork, guided meditation, EFT tapping, full-body tapping, vagus nerve toning, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, emotional wellness exercises, and relaxation practices.
Rather than simply listening, participants actively engage with the music through purposeful movement, breathing, tapping, and guided activities. Each playlist is designed to educate, energize, regulate, restore, or inspire, making wellness both effective and enjoyable.
Whether the goal is to release tension, build confidence, calm the nervous system, or promote relaxation, every song has a purpose. Through music and movement, participants don't just hear the lesson, they experience it.
