If your order has been damaged during shipping please contact us. Please note that you will need to hang onto the original packing and damaged items until any damage claims are processed so that they can be inspected by the carrier, if necessary.
To ensure that your returns are handled quickly, be prepared to provide the order number, invoice number, and a brief reason for the return. Please follow the brief instructions and requirements listed below:
- Customer Service must approve all returns 718-815-1483 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Saturday.
- You must contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery.
- Item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. You may receive credit after approval. No returns or credit are allowed after 14 days of invoice.
- No return or exchange on personal items.
- No return or credit on sale items.
- No returns will be accepted for close-out items, oils, body butters, opened items
