Elderberry Dried 4oz
Sambucus nigra extract is derived from the small black fruit of the elder tree (Sambucus). Elderberry has been used for centuries as a remedy for symptoms of the common cold and flu.
- Boost immunity: This is the most important benefit of elderberries and elderberry tea. It helps to increase antioxidant levels in the body and helps fight flu. Elderberries also offer protection against viruses that might damage cell walls, and decrease mucus production during cold and flu.

Just add water, dried elderberries in a pot, and bring the mixture to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cover the pot, simmering for 20 minutes. Press the elderberries to release more juices. Once your tea is not too hot, add raw honey and sweeten it to taste. Save the rest for later drink it cool down or reheat it.

HOW TO MAKE ELDERBERRY SYRUP? This can last up to 3 months.
4oz of berries to 32 ounces of water
Dried elderberries: Use dried elderberries for this recipe, water you can add ginger or turmeric, honey
Add all the ingredients except honey in a pan. Bring to a boil the lower the heat (Very low) and let simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Cover with the lid during the simmering.
After simmering, turn off the heat and then let the liquid steep for 20 minutes. Then strain out the berries and herbs. Press the berries to get all the juices out.
I leave a little bit of the berries in the water and the blend it once it cools down. Add honey once it’s cool.
