Bladderwrack is a type of brown algae (seaweed) that grows on the northern Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and on the northern Atlantic coast and Baltic coast of Sea. Bladderwrack is rich in beta-carotene, bromide, potassium and more.

HOW TO MAKE THE GEL (in blender)
put 2-3 table spoon or desired amount of sea moss and Bladderwrack in container
pour water until sea moss is completely covered
soak sea moss in water overnight or for at least 4 hours
drain water
Add water (warm water is best) to the sea moss and Bladderwrack just enough water to be on the same level
put in blender and blend until it becomes like a purée
pour in a container and store in the refrigerator and it will turns like gel
gel can last two weeks or more
HOW TO MAKE THE GEL (on stove)
put desired amount of sea moss in container
pour water until sea moss is completely covered
soak sea moss in water overnight
drain sea moss
wash the sea moss until it’s very clean
boil water (make sure it’s enough for the sea moss)
put sea moss in pot of boiling water
stir sea moss you’ll see that it starts to change consistency and starts to dissolve
may need to blend
allow it cool then place it in the refrigerator
HOW TO USE
use 1 teaspoon in your smoothies or food
Use as gelatin in food
use as face mask
